Current Open Positions:

Research Analyst

Responsibilities
In this position, you’ll have responsibility for conducting primary research, analyzing results, and translating raw data into actionable, metrics based guidance to help IT, customer experience, and business leaders make more intelligent decisions. Candidates will conduct data analysis using survey apps, statistical analysis tools, and Excel. The ideal candidate will function as part of a team, supporting and working with principal analysts to deliver cutting edge research deliverables including charts, reports, presentations, infographics, blogs, etc.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required. Though we are open to a variety of degrees, those that most align with this position are in the statistics, technology, journalism, English/writing, information systems, or business fields.

Skills

  • Very strong writing and verbal skills
  • Ability to evaluate data and explain it clearly
  • Ability to work as part of a remote team, engaging with coworkers through a variety of collaborative apps as well as on live calls
    Analytical thinking
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft productivity applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Alchemer (formerly Suvey Gizmo), SPSS, and Google Workspace a plus
    Website/editorial production experience also a plus

Writer / Editor

Responsibilities
This will be responsible for creating content (reports, blogs, videos, podcasts) and editing others’ content. The candidate must have strong writing and speaking skills, as well as some knowledge of technology. The write/editor position will not be responsible for conducting research; rather, this person will take completed research (charts, tables, etc.) and create compelling content based on those findings. The natural growth path for this person would be to become an analyst, if desired. However, that is not required of this position.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required. Though we are open to a variety of degrees, those that most align with this position are in the journalism, English/writing, communications, or business fields.

Skills
·      Very strong writing, editing, and verbal skills
·      Ability to evaluate data and explain it clearly
·      Proficient use of all Microsoft and Google workplace productivity applications
·      Experience with video production helpful, but not required
·      Web production experience preferred
