May 26, 2021 – Mitel announced an exclusive partnership with Five9 to provide its customers and partners with access to Five9’s Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) suite. Mitel will integrate Five9’s CCaaS solution with its own Unified Communications (UC) offerings.
Mitel customers and partners will have access to Five9’s entire portfolio, including the core contact center platform, Workforce Optimization (WFO), Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA), Agent Assist, and Workflow Automation (WFA). Mitel also has its own CCaaS solution for small and midsize companies, as well as an on-premises/private cloud solution for enterprises. The reason for adding Five9’s suite is to serve customers with more extensive contact center requirements, including omnichannel and AI-powered experiences.
