Sept 27, 2021 – Talkdesk has announced Talkdesk Phone, an enterprise phone system built on its cloud contact center platform. Doing so enables Talkdesk to bring features from the CX cloud platform—such as advanced AI and automation, omnichannel routing, and integrated analytics—to all phone users in an organization. IT and business managers can see a holistic view of all voice calls throughout the company with unified reporting, while centrally managing phone numbers, users, and devices all from a unified interface. Each user has access to a desktop and mobile app, and can also configure up to five SIP devices, and continuity in the mobile interface extends the “high-worth, informal” agent concept to the entire organization.
