Contact Center Platform Management: This category includes providers that specialize in managing the performance (uptime, voice quality, root cause analysis, reporting, etc.) and/or administration (call control, configuration, address management, change management, etc.) of contact center platforms. Providers may offer their contact center platform management tools as cloud-based apps or software packages, and some manage both contact center and UC platforms.
