2023 Workplace Collaboration MetriStar – Headsets

Five providers earned Metrigy’s 2023 MetriStar Award for Headsets. The value of the MetriStar Award is that it is based on customer ratings of providers and quantitative metrics correlating the use of a vendor’s products and services with measurable business success.

Headsets: Headsets provide audio interfaces for computing devices and are largely used for individual participation in meetings and phone calls. Headset vendors offer a wide range of options, including hard-wired, Bluetooth, and DECT devices, in a variety of form factors. Headset providers differentiate from one another on cost, performance, artificial intelligence capabilities to improve sound quality and for noise cancellation, range, device options, unified communications vendor certifications, and management capabilities.
