2024 Workplace Collaboration MetriStar – Room Video Conferencing Systems

Two providers earned Metrigy’s 2024 MetriStar Award for Room Video Conferencing Systems. The value of the MetriStar Award is that it is based on customer ratings of providers and quantitative metrics correlating the use of a vendor’s products and services with measurable business success.

Room Video Conferencing Systems: Room video conferencing systems include components for enabling video conferencing within meeting rooms and huddle spaces. At a minimum, vendors in this category provide cameras and camera systems to capture in-room participants. Vendors may also offer additional capabilities, including microphones, speakers, whiteboard cameras, and cameras integrated into screens. They may offer various form factors, including video bars (with or without built-in compute) or kits that bundle together cameras, speakers, microphones, and compute.
