MetriNote – Alianza Provides Cloud PBX Option for Microsoft Teams

April 12, 2023 – Alianza, a provider of a cloud-based unified communications platform for communications service providers (CSPs), has introduced “Alianza for Microsoft Teams.” CSPs can use this solution to deliver PSTN calling to customers adopting Microsoft Teams Phone System, rather than building their own PSTN offering via Microsoft Direct Routing or Operator Connect or leveraging a third-party partner to manage the integration. The solution also allows Alianza customers to provision their own UCaaS services that fully integrate with Teams.
