What's the news?
July 31, 2024 – Box and Salesforce have jointly announced the ability for Box and Slack customers to access Box AI directly from within Slack, eliminating the need to change user interfaces to query information about enterprise content. In addition, the companies announced the ability in Slack to preview documents stored in Box, improvements in workflow automation capabilities, and administration updates to enhance permissions delegation. The new integration and capabilities are available now.
