September 24, 2024 – HP has announced that it has acquired Vyopta, a long-time provider of tools for managing voice and video performance in multi-vendor environments. HP will integrate Vyopta into its Workforce Experience Platform, a managed solution for device and application performance management. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
