May 21, 2024 – SIPPIO and Clerk Chat have launched a new service that enables Microsoft Teams users to chat with SMS/MMS users, as well as those using WhatsApp. The companies also announced plans to support Apple Messages for Business. The offering allows SIPPIO customers and partners to deliver a bundled Teams messaging gateway service, enabling Teams users to message users of other services without leaving the Teams app. Pricing was not disclosed.
