June 4, 2025 – Theta Lake has introduced the AI Governance and Inspection Suite. The suite enables organizations to implement and monitor data governance policies for their use of AI virtual assistants. Key features include the ability to detect the presence of an AI assistant within a meeting, enforce policies for meeting summarization, inspect AI -generated content for potential governance policy violations, and provide users and compliance officers with notifications of policy violations. The solution includes modules for Microsoft Copilot and Zoom AI Companion.
