May 28, 2025 – Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider Wildix has launched an embedded agentic AI service embedded within its current UCaaS offering. The agentic AI capabilities are designed to let customers automate interactions, including voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and web, without requiring coding. Agentic agents can take action based on past interactions and support customization for specific vertical workflows including those in healthcare and retail.
