April 14, 2023 – Zoom has announced its intent to acquire Workvivo, an employee experience platform provider offering internal communication and engagement tools, a social intranet, and an employee app, accessible via mobile or desktop. Zoom will incorporate Workvivo capabilities into its Zoom One platform, with the Workvivo team, including company founders, key in driving employee experience innovation strategy, Zoom said. The deal is expected to close in Zoom’s Q1 FY2024, ending April 30, 2023.
