Zoom Launches Agentic Workmate & AI Productivity Suite

Following on the strategic vision outlined at the March Enterprise Connect 2026 event to turn conversations into completed work, Zoom this week announced the launch of ZoomMate and the AI Productivity Suite. ZoomMate is an agentic AI work tool that combines live conversation data with agentic search, allowing users to query information across Zoom, the Internet, and third-party enterprise applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Workday. Additionally, ZoomMate coordinates tasks across teams and applications—including Zoom Meetings—automating generating deliverables and initiating follow-up actions without requiring users to switch between different software and lose context.

AI Productivity Suite, introduced at Enterprise Connect and launched on June 1, powers the content-creation capabilities of ZoomMate. The suite includes Zoom Canvas (previously Zoom Docs), Zoom Slides, Zoom Sheets, and Zoom Paper. By utilizing the context of previous meetings and chats, the suite components allow teams to generate proposals, presentations, and spreadsheets without starting from a blank page.

ZoomMate is available today for customers in North America starting at $20 per user per month for 2,200 AI credits; a discounted rate for annual subscription brings the price down to $16.67 per user per month. ZoomMate Basic, a free tier, provides limited ZoomMate features included with Workplace Basic. The AI Productivity Suite is included with a ZoomMate subscription or is available as a standalone add-on for $10 per user per month.
